Bantam Cottage (to the left) is entered through a stable door into an open plan living/dining/kitchen with ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with seating for two, looking out over a private garden area. The fully equipped kitchen provides a separate under counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, electric kettle and four-slice toaster. Laundry facilities are available.
The bright, airy cottage is triple aspect. The living area is fully furnished with two sofas, occasional tables and a dining table that seats up to 6, with patio doors leading to the private garden. . A 21” colour television with DVD player, together with a separate Radio/CD player are provided.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have zip lock beds and can be used as either twin beds or a double bed (king size). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with hanging to one side and shelving to the other and there is a space on top of each to place suitcases. Linen and bath towels are provided. If you plan on going to the beach, please bring your own beach towels. The family bathroom has an over-bath power shower with glazed shower screen.
To the rear of the cottage is a private garden with patio. A large wooden table with bench seating and chairs, a parasol and barbeque are also provided.
The cottage is centrally heated and the hot water system provides an immersion heater, just in case additional hot water is required.
The cottage is decorated in neutral tones and provides a restful environment for those wishing to escape the chaos of everyday life. Downstairs has hard flooring for easy maintenance (particularly with children in mind!). The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted, while the bathroom has practical hard flooring.
A welcome pack with local information and instruction manuals is provided.

· Unfortunately due to our own animals we have to say no to pets.
· Our cottages are no smoking, but the outside area provides a sheltered spot for those who wish to smoke.
